Nearly 4,000 Texans were on hand to see Texas Tech's grid men beat Auburn in the New Year's Day Gator Bowl season-ender. Among them, shown here, were Miss Jane Scott, who gives her brother, Joe Bob Scott, a hair combing. They are children of Mr. and Mrs. Grady Scott of Lubbock. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening January 02, 1954.
