Manager Al Vincent, left foreground, leads the Cats in a post-game cheer after they clinched their spot in the Texas League playoffs. Players include Pitcher Mike Lemish (21), who won the deciding game, and, seated, left to right, Pitchers Mel Waters and Ralph Butler and Infielder Danny Ozark. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition September 6, 1954.
