Mrs. Grace DeVeer and Walter R. Robinson in the office of the Fort Worth & Denver City Railroad eye 10,000 covers that collectors sent in for the imprint of the cachet commemorating the 10th anniversary of the inauguration of the Texas Zephyr between Fort Worth and Denver. the anniversary is June 2. The covers will receive a railway post-office cancellation. Covers were received from Australia, Switzerland, Sweden, New Zealand, Portugal, Brazil, England, and Germany. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 28, 1950.
