Description
T&P Minstrel Choirs sang for Star-Telegram Free Milk and Ice Fund. A hand-picked minstrel circle of Texas and Pacific Railway male chorus members, plus a Dixieland band in the orchestra pit, would provide the majority of the music when the T&P Minstrels of 1950 appeared at Will Rogers Memorial Auditorium for the Star-Telegram Milk and Ice Fund. The benefit was a part of the Texas and Pacific Railways effort to fill as many quarts of milk as possible for underprivileged children. Published in the morning edition, June 4, 1950.
