Description
At least nine Fort Worth residents will leave for the 96th convention of the International Typographical Union, to be held in St. Paul August 14 through 20. Shown one of the delegates from Fort Worth No.198 James A. Ball Jr. of Arlington who will go with Charles (Tim) McCoy of 4517 Selkirk Dr. Mr. and Mrs. Ball will go by train and McCoy will leave by plane. Others planning to attend include O. W. Anthony of 1612 Western, an alternate, and his wife; Mr. and Mrs. R. Dee Corder of 4020 Wayside and Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Welch of 4204 Wayside. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition August 8, 1954.
