Three members of Fort Worth Voiture 1185, Forty & Eight, bailed out of their big sound-bus in a hurry at Hotel Texas for the grand promenade preceding the American Legion state convention. Left to right are Bill Martin, newly elected chef de gare of the voiture; Joe Mathews, leading contender for grand chef de gare, and Raymond Bertholf, grand conducteur. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition July 29, 1954.
