Description

Police Officer Kenneth Allen Reynolds of 4724 Washburn was named police officer for the month of June by City Council. He received the plaque and diamond-studded gold badge in his cap from councilman Ellis. Reynolds, a force member for 3 1/2 years, won the award for courtesy, efficiency and his knowledge as a desk officer. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition July 28, 1954
