Description

Emergency crews were pressed into service in Haltom City when some home owners failed to get water because of a water well failure. The crews carried water in 20-gallon containers to the residents. Mrs. C. S. Thomas, 3121 Melbourne, is shown getting water from one of the crews, Bill Daniels, left, and James Sharpless, right.
