Colonel H. R. Hallock, left, who is leaving here after two years as Fort Worth district engineer, U. S. Corps of Engineers, receives from Web Maddox, a vice president of the Trinity Improvement Association, a gold pen and pencil set in appreciation of his services. Hallock was honored at a luncheon by the association and chamber of commerce. Published by Fort Worth Star-Telegram
