Description
O. C. Armstrong, chairman of trustees, turns the first novel of dirt for a west annex at Harris Hospital. Taking part in the groundbreaking program were, Reverend Thomas Sterck, chairman of the building committee, on the left, Dr. Charles Harris, on the right, and W. P. Earney Jr., administrator, next to Armstrong.
