Arlington's Man of 1954. J. Boyd Lawson, right, receives the 1954 Citizen of the Year Award Friday night from George W. Hawkers, awards committee chairman of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce. Lawson, Arlington's postmaster until his retirement, got the award at the chamber's annual banquet at Amon Carter Field. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition Jun 20, 1954.
