Accepting the trophies to Sweepstakes Award winners here in the Texas Press Association's contest to determine the outstanding publications in each of five divisions are, in photos left to right, Greyford M. Jones, publisher of the Winnsboro News, tops in Division V; Ray Greene, left, co-publisher and editor of the Gilmer Mirror, which accumulated the most points in Division IV, receiving the award from W. R. Baumier Jr., new TPA president; Joe Bell, co-publisher of the Colorado City record, Division III winner; J. N. McKean , left, editor of the Pampa Spokesman, top in Division II, accepting the award from Arthur H. Kowert, outgoing TPA president, and Ed Leach, editor of the Longview News Journal, Division I winner, who accepted the trophy on behalf of Carl Estes, publisher. The awards luncheon concluded the TPA's two-day convention in Hotel Texas. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
