Description

A snafu that failed to place downtown traffic lights on amber Monday during a practice alert for enemy aircraft permitted traffic to keep moving. Even jaywalkers continued their daily violations on W. 7th St. Drivers had been requested to halt their cars and with pedestrians, take cover for 10 minutes.
