Cumberland Rest Home board signs a contract for building a new $100,000 home to replace the present one at 1628 6th Ave. Sitting, left to right, are Mrs. Tom B. Bond, building committee chairman; Mrs. William L. Evans, assistant secretary, and Mrs. Clyde Campbell, board president. Standing are Guy Price, left, adviser, and Thomas S.
