Lt. Gen. Samuel E. Anderson, left, former commander of the 8th Air Force here, arrived at Carswell Air Force Base night after a 13-month tour of duty in Korea. With him was Tong II Han, 12-year-old North Korean boy, who has received a scholarship to the Julliard School of Music in New York. At right is Lt. Thomas Cutshaw, former 5th Air Force interpreter, a member of Anderson's party. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition Jun 10, 1954.
