Pictured is a group if young people from the Indian Oaks Baptist Church. The parade, one of the longest in city's history, included representatives from 112 Baptist churches in the county, including 17 African American churches. The Tarrant County Courthouse is seen in the background. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition May 30, 1954.
