Image of Margaret Spears, 18, was chosen valedictorian, of the Burleson High graduates. Margaret Spears, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Spears, was selected by Superintendent J. W. Norwood on the basis of her 95 average of grades during her senior year. She will help preside over the graduating class of 20 at the May 28 baccalaureate and May 29 graduation ceremonies. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition May 23, 1950.
