Buck Burt, left, and B. D. Dillard, right employees of J. B. Clardy Construction Company, polished up a bronze plaque which was placed on the W. 7th St. bridge. They also put plaques on the N. E. 12th St. and E. 4th St. bridges. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition May 23, 1954.
