Hugh M. Hoover, assistant secretary of Waples-Platter Company, was installed as the new president of the NOMA chapter, succeeding L. Millard Collins, educational consultant for International Business Machines. Hoover presented Collins with a past president's plaque. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition May 19, 1954.
