Despite appearances, this is not a force out. Paschal's Ed Sankary has already tagged out Sonny Samford of Adamson at third in the opening game of the Paschal-Adamson baseball series. Second game of series is set for Dallas, when Panthers will attempt to even things after losing opener, 5-2. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition May 20, 1954.
