Description

Here it is shown Dr. Fred A. Haggard, a Fort Worth physician who is among eight Texas doctors who were honored at the University of Texas Medical School in Galveston. Dr. Haggard resides at the Westbrook Hotel and graduated at the school in 1904. The eight were awarded certificates testifying to their "50 years of devoted service to promoting the health of the people in Texas." Dr. Haggard was retired. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition May 16, 1954.
