Hook, USNR, and Lieutenant Commander John W. Bunting, USN, commanding officer of the Naval and Marine Corps Reserve training Center, and, at far right, Captain T. G. Snipes, inspector-instructor for the center's 3rd 105 MM Howitzer Battery, USMC. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition May 14, 1954.
