Elected during final sessions of the Texas Bakers Association were, left to right, left to right, John C. Koetting of Houston, president; Neill G. DeLaney Jr. of San Angelo, first vice president, and William D. Baird of Dallas, secretary-treasurer. An other officer, Herman Richter Jr. of San Antonio, had to leave the meeting before the photo was taken. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition May 5, 1954.
