Description

Thousands of Fort Worth residents stood in line to view an 1880 coal-burning locomotive and a modern Santa Fe diesel engine. A 74-year-old train will travel to Cleburne to take part in Johnson County Centennial celebrations. The antique engine will pull the engine. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition May 3, 1954.
