Mrs. Pat Hughes of Birmingham, Alabama, (center), was the international president of Credit Women, and Mrs. Beulah Oborski of Beaumont, right, was the retiring president of the council. Unidentified women can be seen in the lower left side of the image. Published in the morning edition, May 22, 1950.
