Description
Riverside Elementary School was the first to sign up bicycle owners in a safety campaign by the Fort Worth Safety Council to remind students to ride their bikes carefully. Here, Bobby Tork, 12, a 6th grader, puts his Green Cross decal on his bike. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition April 27, 1954.
