Signing of the plans was a formality in closing the FHA mortgage loan here for the $3,000,000 Westchester House, apartment hotel. Francis M. Tompkins, vice president of the Charles H. Tompkins Company , general contractors, is shown (seated) signing plans as other parties watch. Left to right, standing are: Willing W. Ryan, executive vice president of the Ryan Mortgage Company; Murray Kyger, vice president of the National Bank, interim mortgagee; Dr. Daniel Gavinson, the builder; Associate Justice Earl M. Hall associate builder, and John H. Graham. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 20, 1950.
