Description
William Locklin, 25, used a.22 caliber bolt action rifle when two men attempted to enter his quarters early Sunday at the rear of his newly-purchased tavern at 3527 1/2 E. Belknap. Albert Harcrow, 48, died of wounds on Monday and Leon Kitchens, 34, is in serious condition. Locklin shows the door lock broken in the entry. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition April 26, 1954.
