Captain Lindon H. Wilson of Denton, commander of Company A, 155th Tank Battalion, Combat Command A of the 49th, is in radio communication with his four platoon leaders more than 20 miles away. The Texas National Guard outfits will begin two weeks of training at North Fort Hood June 27. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition June 20, 1954.
