Pictured is a young art and artist, who each springtime sees shows by the city's youthful artists. Shown here is 12-year-old Edith Ann Tomlinson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Homer Tomlinson Jr., 3059 Odessa, admiring a painting done by Virginia Carey, 12, in the Texas Christian University art workshop. Virginia is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred C. Carey, 935 Hillcrest. Mrs. Virginia Strother is workshop instructor. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition June 3, 1954.
