Mrs. R. W. Eslinger, front center, whose mother, Mrs. Ella Spears; sister, Mrs. Dorothy Perez; and brother-in-law, Jimmy John Long, were shot to death. Mrs. Eslinger was one of Mrs. Spears' fourteen children. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition April 6, 1954
