Mrs. J. D. Jelley, 5408 Calloway Road, can cook on her built-in stove in the kitchen and keep an eye on what's going on the dining room at the same time, as shown here. On the lower shelf of the Viking oak hutch is a silver service brought by Major Jelley from Berlin when he was participating in the air lift in 1948. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition April 13, 1954.
