Traditional furniture has an interesting setting in the home of Lieutenant Colonel and Mrs. Charles Van Vliet of 6463 Woodstock Road. Shades of brown, peach and turquoise blue combine to make a restful living room. An Emily Guthrie Smith portrait of the Van Vliet children adds charm. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition April 21, 1954.
