Getting ready to take 12 birds and cages to children's homes and hospitals here are, left to right, Mrs. Clovis Keahey, Mrs. O. G. Oliver and Mrs. Elmo O'Brien. Mrs. Oliver headed a committee from the Fort Worth Bird Club to give the birds to the institutions. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition April 4, 1954
