Jerry Vincent Roden, 6, son of Mr. and Mrs. V. F. Roden, shown sitting up in his bed at Harris Hospital. He sustained a head injury after falling off his bike, requiring surgery. He's shown holding up an American Indian head dress toy he received recovering at the hospital. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition March 31, 1954
