Dr. Catherine Carlton, 2505 Ryan Drive, was among many of the pedestrians who scurried for shelter when a hard rain struck downtown Fort Worth. This picture was made on West 7th Street. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition March 24, 1954.
