Cadet Colonel Jerry H. Jenkins crowns Sue Ballard, 17, queen of the Fort Worth high schools' all-city ROTC ball at the Casino. Her escort is Cadet Lieutenant Colonel John Cook. The annual ball was held Friday night. Miss Ballard is a North Side High School student. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition March 19, 1954.
