U.S. Commissioner Robert F. Milam, right, who has held that post since 1942, was sworn in for a new four-year term Monday by U.S. District Clerk George W. Parker. Judge Milam's new commission was signed by Federal Judge Davidson. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition March 15, 1954.
