Miss Lollar Frances Smith was one of two women who have been chosen for the Altrusa Club's "First Lady" awards this year. They will be honored April 7th at a dinner in Hotel Texas. Miss Smith, oft 1408 Mistletoe Dr., is founder of the Fort Worth Foundation for Visually Handicapped Children. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition March 13, 1954.
