Description
Mrs. Noel Keith holds the 125-year-old ABC plate which belonged to her great-great-grandmother and which now is framed and hangs on a living room wall in the Keith home at 3217 Wabash. Mrs. Keith learned the alphabet and numbers from it when she was a child, just as early American children did. In front of her are displayed her collection of 28 ABC plates. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition March 13, 1954.
