Description
Not even the Ferris wheel in Forest Park's playground escaped the drapery of ice and sleet which covered everything from the stone approach bridge to the tops of the wheel's gondolas. Not a person was in sight, not even a squirrel. A bridge and trees with snow on the trees and ground.
