Description
Arthur J. Lee, with more than 20 years of catering experience, has been named catering manager of Hotel Texas. Lee takes the place occupied by Edgar Hubbard who died after serving in the position since 1940. The new manager comes to Fort Worth from Dallas where he was manager of the Mural Room of Baker Hotel and assistant to the catering manager of the hotel for two years. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition March 7, 1954.
