Stuart Lydick, right, members of the Board of Education, presents a plaque to James Cook of The Fair's display department. Cook received the award for winning first place in the Public Schools Week window display contest. Behind the men is a red school house, high point of The Fair's display. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition March 3, 1954.
