D. S. Defenbacher, director of Fort Worth Art Association, inspects one of the aquatints by Georges Rouault on exhibition at the Public Library gallery. With him is Mrs. Andrew P. Fuller, a volunteer assistant. The aquatint, titled "We Are Insane", is part of a serious lent by Ted Weiner for exhibition during March.
