J. A. Cowart of 1432 Allen is one of the hundreds of proud fathers who will visit their youngsters in the classroom during Public School Week. His daughter, 7-year-old Carol, is a first grade student at Carroll Peak. Fritz Hill is principal of the school, which held open house Monday night. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition March 1, 1954.
