British General Sir Frank E. W. Simpson and Bert Simmons, right, British consul at Dallas, receive a Fort Worth welcome from Bob Loughridge, president of the Optimist Club. General Simpson addressed the club at a luncheon in the Hotel Texas Hall of Exhibits. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition February 26, 1954.
