San Antonio's George Carter scores with smashing left to jaw of Beaumont's Charles Bagget, right, in lightweight bout on card of Star-Telegram's State Golden Gloves tournament. Carter won by technical knockout in the second round when Baggett suffered a cut eye. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning February 21, 1954.
