Description
Flags of the United States and Texas were presented to the Springdale Elementary School at its dedication program. Gifts of the Riverside Lions Club, the flags were presented by Arthur Butterfield, president. Standing beside him are Boy Scouts, left to right, Lynn Smith, Carl Lemmon, James Edward Carson, and Larry Hulsey. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition February 19, 1954.
