The girls and the lights all will attract attention at Laneri's Mardi Gras. The light, and its twin, will shine outside Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. The girls, who will appear as duchesses, are Rose Mary Gallagher, left, and Barbara Austin, Our Lady of Victory Academy students. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition February 18, 1954.
