Stinnett, left, immediate past president of the Texas Congress of Parents and Teachers, and nominee for vice president of Region 9 of the National Congress of Parents and Teachers, was guest speaker recently at a meeting for Meadowbrook Parent Teachers Association (P-Ta). She is shown with the president of the P-TA, Mrs. James M. Harvey Jr. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition February 18, 1954.
